Who operates BookaJob
BookaJob is operated by Christopher Laidlaw, a sole trader in Australia (ABN 73 534 083 065), registered for GST, trading under the marketplace name BookaJob. BookaJob is not a separate company.
You can contact the operator through BookaJob support at bookajobsupport@bookajob.au or by sending a support request through the app.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), job details, approximate and exact job locations, offers, messages, and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe and not stored by BookaJob.
How we use it
To run the marketplace, process payments, keep the platform safe, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Who can see it
Exact job addresses are only shared with the provider after the booking is paid. Public job listings show suburb and state only.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information. We intend to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Privacy requests and complaints
Email bookajobsupport@bookajob.au to request access, correction or deletion, or to make a privacy complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
